Terms and Conditions: This website is operated by Copsley Ornamentals Pty Ltd  (ABN 51 106 990 470) and has been created to provide to you the Customer products related to the FleuroSun range of sunflower hybrids, as well as for your general information, education and communication.

Definitions: In these Terms and Conditions:

"Copsley Ornamentals" and "Supplier" means Copsley Ornamentals Pty Ltd, (ABN 51 106 990 470) the supplier of this website and the Products detailed there-in.

"Customer" means the customer to whom these Terms are provided.

"Goods" means the products supplied to the Customer by Copsley Ornamentals.

"GST" includes any value-added tax, consumption tax or goods and services tax, including the tax payable under A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (as amended from time to time).

Copyright and Trademark: Copsley Ornamentals Pty Ltd is a registered business in Australia and FleuroSun a registered Trademark of Copsley Ornamentals. All content on www.copsley-ornamentals.com and its sub-domain www.fleurosun.com.au is owned by Copsley Ornamentals and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form of the website, including pictures of FleuroSun hybrids and sunflower nursery activities, is prohibited unless written authorisation has been obtained from Copsley Ornamentals.

The website and all content are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind and, to the extent permitted by law, Copsley Ornamentals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or other damages arising out of a Customer's access to the site.

Photos and information contained on our website are as a guide only; variations may occur in plant parameters such as height and petal colour, including from seasonal changes, climate and locality.

Privacy: We collect information about you the Customer such as name, contact information, delivery details, order and payment details, so as to fulfill your order, process required payments and keep you informed of products and support information. We use third parties to assist with this, namely our Sales Office at Colours of White Collection in Kyneton, Victoria, delivery companies and particularly Australia Post who deliver your order, and service providers involved in our electronic banking and e-commerce processes in respect of processing orders and associated payments.

Copsley Ornamentals employs an advanced software company to assist with the development and operation of this website and an established banking organisation to assist with payments, both of whom have advanced data encryption technology; however Customers should be aware that there is a minimal risk inherent in transmitting any data electronically. Our website uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption/ decryption to transfer credit card details and ensure maximum security of your details.

Any personal or business information supplied by a Customer will only be used internally at Copsley Ornamentals to provide service to you the Customer and will not be divulged to a third party unless that third party is integral to the purpose for which you provided us with your information (e.g., our Sales Office at Colours of White Collection and delivery companies) or where required by law. If we need to use information about you for any other purpose, Copsley Ornamentals will only do so after first obtaining your consent. 

Ordering:

  • Orders can be made through the sales Cart on this secure website. Orders can also be made by phone during business hours (0415 903 669). Please do not send credit card details by email, since this is not a secure method for payment. Your payments will be cleared at the time of ordering.
  • We will do our best to assist if for some reason you may need to alter or cancel your order; this mainly will be possible up until the shipping process. In this event, please email fleurosun@gmail.com.au or call the numbers on on our Contact Details.

Pricing, Freight and Payment: 

  • All pricing is in Australian Dollars.
  • GST is included in all our prices.
  • Payment is accepted at our website or over the phone by Visa or MasterCard, or otherwise through the mail by money order or cheque.
  • Payment will be charged at the time the order is placed, or otherwise at the time the order is accepted by Copsley Ornamentals.
  • Freight will be charged as set out on the shopping Cart, or otherwise as detailed at the time of acceptance of an order. 

Despatch and Delivery: Orders will be despatched with 7 days of receipt or acceptance of an order. Delivery will be by Australia Post where possible, or otherwise by a courier company.

Refunds and Returns: Refunds will not be granted if you the Customer changes their mind over an ordered product. In the event that goods have been damaged during delivery or that the wrong products have been received by the Customer, and Copsley Ornamentals is notified within 21 days of the date of despatch, we will exchange the goods or refund for the cost of the goods or otherwise give you the Customer a credit for the goods off future purchases, whichever you advise.
